<---Guilty of ordering at In and Out a burger 'protein style'. They just wrap it in lettuce. Sometimes i crave the meat, and the bun is just in the way.
The worst way is to have it served up in a bowl, like Jack in the Box does, you're lucky if they remeber to give you plasticware to eat it with.
