Sorry folks.. Was busy setting some other customers up.

Question 1: Our bandwidth is multihomed (really, with no tricks here.) between 3 seperate transit providers which we have a total of 4 GigE links to. Our core network is fully redundant, with everything operating in pairs of two except the actual switch your server would be connected to. For that portion of our network, we have cold spares ready in the even of a catrostrophic failure. Unlike some other providers around (there are some really good competitors of ours too, don't get me wrong) we truly are multihomed and let the traffic take the "best path" with minimal interference by us via local tweaking. Do some traceroutes from around the world/country from traceroute.org and you should see the path change depending on where you are tracing from. We also test our hot failover by during maintaince windows purposely causing failures of a specific device or network link. This ensures that when a failure DOES happen, things act as expected.

Question 2: The 3000GB plan in mbits would be 13Mbit and both plans would be uncapped. Overage would be $65/Mbit.

Question 3: The servers will be P4 2.6Ghtz, with 1GB ram and 120GB hard drive. Additional bandwidth can be purchased in blocks of 10mbit for $375/ea. Or if you prefer, $70 per single Mbit.

Think that answers all questions. Hit my up via ICQ if you need anything specific answered or a custom package made up for you. Lets give away some xboxes! Get a 20mbit plan ordered tonight for delivery friday and we'll give you your choice of 2 games as well.

Thanks much,

-Phil
