no, you're not a pimp if you're referring to yourself as being a pimp only on the account of how much money you make.. you make money by spamming people's email boxes, doesn't have anything to do with being a true pimp.
the obvious definition of a pimp is "one who solicits for a prostitute or brothel and lives off the earnings"..
but of course, most people who refer to themselves as pimps obviously don't use it in that sense... but they refer to themselves as being pimps in the sense that they are "above" everyone and think they're COOL & Hard...
haha, and sorry to say, even you rich people out there are FAR from cool & badass...
being a pimp, in my mind, is not about how much money you make.. but more of what kind of person you are. i think those qualities are being well rounded (good at everything), smart, sociable.. and most importantly HUMBLE.
all it takes is one humiliation of you people who refer to yourselves as "pimp" by someone who knows how to intimidate & pressure another... and you'll quickly see all you are is just a computer nerd who knows how to make some $.
