The server is fully managed. E-mail is done through our e-mail systems, and there is a control panel that you can use to add/edit/delete pop3/forwards.
Support just ask around.

We have 24x7 phone and e-mail support. We also have someone in the datacenter physically 24x7 for any hardware issues that may arise.
Stats are done via webalizer, and are available through our (still in development, but the functionality works) customer login interface.
