Maybe I'm being a dick, maybe I'm stupid, but if you are
1) making 130k/year off this site
and
2) "looking to Venture into a new buisness."
and
3) "don't have to work another day"
Then why would you ever sell, particularly at such a discount?
Smells bad to me.
