I think it is the other way around. If a woman feels good about herself she is good in bed. If a woman feels good about herself and is comfortable with her sexuality then she can enjoy herself in bed, and then she is better in bed.

If they were why 99% of them try to lose weight and spend their lifes trying all kind of diets?
