if your using IE, go to TOOLS, then "Internet Options" and click the "Advanced " tab. Scroll down "Security" and make sure that "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" is checked. Everytime you visit a site, XP automatically saves the files to the temp folder.
