pinnacle sux ... go straight fire wire using premiere and huffyyuv codec (avi) just make sure you have big hard drives
premeire will cut it up and do whatever you want, render it out to avi's ready to be processed for the web. for mpeg i recommend tmpegenc for wmv windows media encoder
