I can't remember what the thingy is exactly, but you know how you can send a note or a comment with a wire? Just have the php file grab the affiliate's ID, and the customer will add when he makes the wire. That way, you can give affiliates credit for the sale.
It's not going to work all the time. Maybe worth adding something like..
"To take advantage of this special price, you must mention this special coupon code"
Something like that.

Yeah that's actually a good idea.
We'll probably just remove the wire transfer option since not one person has used it and replace it with phone ordering option instead. I know some sponsors have ways of tracking phone orders by having a large block of extensions and handing those out to affiliates so they can get credit.
