He lost $3K for all that...I think he deserves a little GFY gratitude and everyone should put their hands in their pockets to help make up for his losses. The poor guy really went through the wrangler there.
Kudos to you Dre, you really know how to treat a customer - when I get my cards done, I'll get Darren to have you guys do them! - and you won't have to go through all that headache with customs as I'm in Canada too.
For those of you in the States that are unfamiliar with the term "Customer Service", Dre has just put the definition a step ahead this past week.
