I have some great idea's surrounding your Dr. Tushy site that goes waaaaaay beyond the "norm" seen in the usual "Dr./Nurse/Patient" scenario scene in the porn industry. This stuff is reality based and really goes on in hospital's, etc. Trust me, I'm a nurse, LOL.
