ok my experience...
Had 3 issues with PAYPAL in 1.5 years of using them.
Issue 1, was flagged because of transact volume, sent in drivers license etc and sorted, re-opened.
Issue 2, problem with adult content on sites I processed, fixed ad account re-opened.
Issue 3, problem with adult content on sites, stuff that had been missed, solved problem and account JUST re-opened today.
During issue 1 and 2, i was allocated an account manager by name of Scott S, instead of just closing the account he kept it open during Issue 3 and tried for 2 weeks to contact me (contact info eg email and phone was OLD on account)...
Nothing but helpful and always someone to speak to on phone etc as well, admitedly it wasn't the fastest process..
Also wouldn't ebays influence help change this company if what was originally posted is true.
