horror stories.
The micro/anonymous transaction problem won't be solved
until the banks step in with a 3rd party network. The way that
debit (to Americans, a check card) cards have been done in
Canada and Europe.
In Toronto I can even pay for a hot dog from a several street
vendors via my debit card. (Paypal MC and Epassport Visa
don't seem to work, Interact system only
)
