after our kids came my wive's breasts sagged, and she begged me to spend some big $ for enhancement.
so we looked in penthouse mag at pix of breasts, we both wanted a very natural look, and we took the pic of some gal in to the jewish surgeon and he cloned the look.
and now after 17 years her breasts are beautiful, and she looks good in clothes, and she still makes me hard.
but her nipples don't work as good, because the surgeon dicked with them.
just be careful. suggest don't do anything that messes with the nipple.
