Thats not discrimination, thats potection indeed
It hurts BIG TIME when a scammer all of a sudden does 100 chargebacks, even if you run a big program. I'v been dealing with eastern europe people for a long time and I can safely state that more than 3/4 of them are scammers and the rest of them cause you nothing but headaches.
