* Customer Care to resolve customers problems via e-mail within the day.
* Attrition Control to retain customers who cancel, have their rebilling declined, etc.
* AdultRep Live to allow customers to contact a rep online at the site.
* Chargeback Combat to fight customer chargebacks and collect from delinquent customers.
* Multi-lingual support to assist foreign customers in their native
language.
* Monthly statistics showing you the results of our efforts.

Requirements for sites:

* Paysites only with their own US-based merchant account
* Member levels between 1500 and 5000 (all sites combined)
* Current chargeback levels must be below 1.5% (we'll work on getting them even lower)
