You know this is I think part of the problem. By thinking that it all belongs to this WHITE MAN, nobody takes ownership of their neighborhood so of course they will trash it, it belongs to this WHITE MAN.
Is there a statute of limitations on this thing or can I start blaming the Mongols for the way my home country Romania turned out???? I am a white man, I can assure you I did not build any schools or the other stuff you mention.
