It depends on the overall licenses involved, but it's generally around $50 a month per server. So while a small virtual account won't notice a price difference, a dedicated server will definitely see an extra penny added to the bill.

http://directadmin.com/ which we really like. Instead of the high monthly license fee, you'll only see a reasonable one time fee.
