Fact is, non trials retail longer because the member has a whole month to cancel - And he WILL cancel tomorrow because he has plenty of time left on his membership -
More often than not, tomorrow never comes! And after he has been a member for 4-6 weeks and he sees the constant updates, he realises he is getting a good deal -
We put trial in ever December /january to help keep a decent volume of new members joining - But it is always the same - Trials to retentions go through the floor.
