I doubt there any any such programs, but to ask a question takes only 2 minutes.
And don't ask me, why Verotel, the reason is obviously lesser scrubbing.

F.e Payserve uses IMCbill ( Ezbill ) and they also accept sales that are normally declined By Epoch / Ibill / Ccbill.
