Sure the Xboxes make you feel good...but how many times have you seen credit for an upsell like that $100 you got for a ProSolution sale? More times than the cost of that Xbox no doubt. With MensNiche - it's like a free Xbox every 2 or 3 times you get an upsell.
A half a dozen upsells and you could buy an Xbox and have $400 to spend on games too.
I realise the do-hickeys make you feel appreciated, but wouldn't you rather spend the money the way you want? If I'm wrong, let me know, and I'll get on twisting Darren's arm to give away some Xboxes
