Not even talking conversion rates ....

Last time we used Overturse, our funds were deleted because we were not using them all fast enough. Now I see a negative balance in my report. Does this mean that the money we initially spent to test the service, only got us 30% worth of clicks? What if we add money again? Will the ~10$ that is negative right now, be deducted first?

Weird, as no money means no clicks in my book, not keep creating a bigger negative balance, waiting for us to add cash again. Google works WAY better, at least they bill when you actually use clicks, not before hand with a "minimum or else" strategy.
