Here's how you solve that:
1. MAKE him continue to use CCBill, and ONLY CCBill to process for you.
2. MAKE him fill out a CCBill account splits form giving you the percentage you agreed upon. Here's the link to it:

3. Now all your checks will come WEEKLY, directly from CCBill.
