Too many posters haven't a clue as to what is involved in suits like this..
If you have a LARGE backing, then you can fight it.. the average joe would go belly up with such an attempt.. which is what they count on..
It's a sad deal, and something should be done quicklike to say either yay or nay in the courts so everyone knows where they stand legally..
But until then, and until you've been officially served to appear, you have no real qualifications for your bashing of any sponsor.. or their reasons for doing as they do..
