The point of this thread is solid -- the sigs have gotten kinda out of hand. Funkmaster's is probably the most annoying, on 800x600 it takes up about 1/3 of the screen.

Yes that was the point. Monkey see Monkey do. If someone new comes here they see the sigs they just make one the same. I dont see the point in using a regular short banner with regular text colors and text links while the guy posting above and below me has multicolored flashing pinwheels in his sig and 50 links.
