2. A lot of posts.
3. A good board name.
4. Drama.
5. Business.
6. A good mix of newbies, idiots, big players and sexy female webmistresses (all of legal age of course).
7. Good moderators.
8. A kick ass, unforgettable design.
9. A highly modified version of vbulletin.
10. Awesome prizes (xboxs, dvd players, cars, bikes, computers, etc.)

Instructions
Mix ALL ingredients together in a large bowl, remove excess ego's, pedo's, personalities and all other waste, then place into oven for 1 hour at 225C. Remove from oven and place in bin. Presto, you now have a good board.
