Warnng to websites that link to video
As you have read in mine and other people's posts, Acacia is targeting affiliate webmasters who link to sponsors that have not settled for 'contributory infringement'.
In that similar vain, any website that links to sites like Disney, Yahoo, CNN, M$, Apple, Real, etc for the "not over 18" option at your front door, you could be a contributory infringer since these mainstream sites have not licensed the patent and have audio/video.
I am being satirical when i say this warning, but if you think about it for a a minute, given the current Acacia tactics, it's not so funny.
