I need some advice, my first customer is unhappy.

Last night I started promoting my first paysite (my own) and I got a sale, which made me happy, but today the guy cancelled and he put his excuse as "not satisfied with the content", which I dont understand because I waited this long to start my first site so I could LOAD the site up with content and make members happy.

So I want to know, you think I should email him and ask for his opinion, and maybe offer him a couple of bucks via paypal for his time, or should I just not email him and forget about it?
