Go see a Doctor. I'm a RN, so trust me on this. Bladder infections (if that is what it is vs. a STD or prostatitis, etc.) aren't as common in men as they are in women because of the length of the urethera. In other words, if it hurts to pee, get it checked out because something is wrong.
And yes....cranberry juice does help with the burning, etc. because the ph of the urine is lower than normal (acidic) and the cranberry juice will help raise the ph. Also drink A LOT of water...for obvious reasons. Good Luck and hope you feel better soon.
