You placed an order at Date: 6 Jan 2004 11:16:08 -0000. You were issued a refund by Jazzy from 2CO at Date: 8 Jan 2004 16:48:56 -0000.
It wasn't 3 days, it was about 54 hours. We dropped the ball, and we apologize.
We recently added direct purchases via 2CheckOut to allow more people to buy and we haven't automated the order process like we have with PayPal, so it makes it a lot harder for us to get the orders done. Not an excuse, just a minor explanation of some part of our problem.
Wise or Stupid, we took most of our staff to InterNext in Vegas, and our internet connection [both at venetian "high speed" and with Sprint Vision/Wireless] was pretty much ass.
Yes, we drank a lot. We also looked at girls, met some actresses, made a lot of cool contacts (Hi Juicy, Choker, Zoe, Karrie, and Perfection Girls!!!), got a lot of lap dances, rode in a lot of limos with a lot of cool people, and were generally irresponsible. We didn't get arrested, made a lot of money at blackjack and then lost if all back and then some.
Those are some lame excuses/explanations, they don't make up for our mistake, and we're awfully sorry.
If you want to give us another chance, email us back on the ticket "Ticket #9196 order 95351 - 12065612" and we'll give you a free order to try to make up for it.
Sorry for the trouble, we dropped the ball, and we'll try to get things straightened up so it is less likely to happen.
Now, in our slight defense.... Some people love our traffic and order 2 - 3 times per week. Some people hate our traffic and it does nothing for them. I wish it worked for everyone.
Fraud is too harsh. We dropped the ball a little bit, but 48 hours to fill a credit card order doesn't seem treasonous to me. It's late, but it's not beyond the pale.
Anyway, we screwed up, and hope to make it up to you and not let it happen again to others.
Maybe someone else can suggest how soon an online order should be filled bearing in mind fraud checks and reviews required by 2Checkout.com?
