Love to see I am getting slammed for writing to Taco Bell with a complaint. Let me clarify a few things for you that want to annoy me further. I am a pretty reasonable person. I don't go into their stores screaming and demanding all sorts of shit. In this case it was about the 5th time they had forgotten something. Why was I shopping there? Because it was late, and not much else was open.
Now let me just say that just because it is fast food, and cheap doesn't mean that I should expect shitty service. Other fast food chains do a very good job of maintaining their standards of service.
As for my letter, it simply stated that I was really dissapointed in the generic treatment and the in light of that I would never do business with them again. I am never rude in letters. If for no other reason, someone might take to the public and use it against me...
Hope this guy likes waves though, because this is going to the local press, and about 6 of the corporate managers of Taco Bell and their parent company.
