Fuck Taco Bell

Ok, so I wrote them a while back and let them know that I was tired of them screwing up my order and I wouldn't be doing business with them anymore. I get a shitty form letter back with a preprinted coupon for one free item (like this makes up for shit)

So I politely write back, and let them know that I was really dissapointed in getting a form letter in response to my complaint. So today I get an email from the local rep that ends up like this..

I have empowered all of our employees to take care of customers "on-the-spot" if their is any grievance (within reason obviously). Their is no finger-pointing or shirking of responsibility, and I never punish an employee for erring on the side of the customer. That said, I also understand that some customers are snobbish, "superior-minded", bigoted, eternally unhappy, drugged up, foul-mouthed or at times belligerent. Our policy for these customers is that we just don't have time. Unless I am misinterpreting your letter, and based on the higher-than-average record for this store, you seem to fall in one of the latter categories, and any more attempts by us to redeem your business would be futile.

If I am wrong, please accept my apologies, and let me know how we can best address your grievance in a practical and timely fashion.

I am not the brightest kid in the book, but I think I just got insulted. They have no idea what lengths I will go to in making sure I fuck up their reputation now...
