I have a shitload of sponsors that use CCBill listed, and you can see all the galleries they offer right on my site:

Just click each sponsor's name and you'll see what processor they use, as well as all their galleries.
I went through the entire list of CCBill sponsors I use the other day, and out of all of them the only one listed on my site with rebill "issues" was Perfections Girls. The rest are definately set up OK for rebills.
