If the accounts with glitches were showing rebills, does that mean an account with a numer other than 0 (like some of the affiliate programs) were not glitches?
Examples:
PerfectiionCash was set to 1 rebill.
BukkakeCash was set to 3 or 4 rebills.
Were these glitches, or not? Of course, i'm not asking you to say whether or not these people are scammers. Just wanting to know whether or not this is covered by the glitch. Judging by your post, it sounds like it's not a glitch on at least a few programs.
