Ok, let's see. What is default? Unlimited? If so, that it's really hard to make this mistake, but there are '0' in BrothersInCash settings now, I don't think any owner of partnership program can set '0' rebills. It's a stupid way, even without this CCBill feature, this affiliate program will not live more, than half a year with these settings!!!
