For it to be a mistake, someone from the program would have had to log on to their CCBill admin, gone into the Affiliate Program section, clicked on Advanced features, clicked on Payment Options, clicked the 'Yes' radio button for 'Stop Paying Rebills' and then put a '1' in 'Stop After Rebill Number'.
How likely do you think it is that this was a mistake?
