yeah. At like age 19 he started shitting blood, weeks later he was dying in hospital,, to save his life they had to remove ALL of his intestines except for about 4 inches comming off the stomack. Needless to say it's too short to reach his asshole.

Lucky bastard in a way tho.. in order to live he has to eat fatty foods. He can sit there, drink 24 beer, a full pizza then a big mac then after more drinking pound down a poutine and not gain an single ounce.
Downside to all that eating is the people who have to sit by him..... all that food turns into liquid shit a few hours later and he has to "bleed" the air from his sack between his many meals. and it FUCKING STINKS worse than when he empties the damn thing
