I fired

...AT&T today. As some of you know I inherited one of my ex-mother-in-laws estate. I liked the location so I relocated from California to her residence. I kept her phone service...and when I had it swithced into my name I was told that she had AT&T as her long distance carrier so I left it the same. Like a fool I did not check her rate. Well as I learned today she did not have a rate. I recieved a bill for $721.00 (and that is not the closing bill). I fired AT&T and have a new long distance carrier...at 1/6th of what AT&T charged me.

When I received the bill I had the same feeling as when I pay my taxes. Speaking of taxes...I will have to pay income taxes on the estate...even though all of the monies have been taxed at least once before and maybe twice before (paid by her husband and then possibly again by her when her husband died).
