I just made a video. Used my webcam, so it's rather craptacular, but it shows me logging into the ccbill affiliate area, navigating to the program details for perfection cash, and seeing the rebills set to 1, with no bonuses. Uploading it right now. Shitty ass upload speeds in Australia though, so give me 10 minutes.
