i DID. and its not someone i'm currently promoting (unless its indeed perfection girls...but you said after 3 months not 1).
i'd like to know in the future if someone was cheating. cuz if they are cheating now and then fix it today or tomorrow i STILL WOULDN'T want to promote them. both on principle and the fact that once a cheater always a cheater.
