no it isnt, i also have the one from few months ago with her on cover.

and its loaded with nudity, there is even a pic of tara reid with her tits hanging out.
there is a whole section named "Celeb Top 50 Nudes!"
its loaded with screen grabs of movies where the top 50 celebs are nude.
very nice issue, worth the $9
