I used to make a good deal of money back in the days when Britney was allowed in the celeb sites and for promotion, now I don't know what you can use to convert traffic for her, maybe
Flashcash with its celeb site to help you, I know they have an FPA featuring Britney Spears, otherwise you'd have to trick surfers somehow or send them to a non-adult sponsor.
An idea would be to send them to a pornstar free magazine, such as the one of
CEMags with a text link, saying someting like: "Free star (sex) magazine ... ", you get the idea. Not pornstar, not celeb, but star.
