You use it like any other content.
Public content doesnt need model releases and stuff and ofcourse it would be impossible to ask 1000 girls to sign papers.
Anyway, if it doesnt feel right to you, dont buy it.
I can tell you that quite a lot of big companies we all know use my content without problems.
