Am getting some mail through AOL and others not.

Clients with the shitty mail program, or Road Runner, get our Newsletters (Spam) but when they order they do not get the FTP email, it's blocked because of the spam being sent out.

So spam gets throught and legit ones do not.

Any ideas how I can deal with this?
