is anybody promoting their email program.

I spoke to them and they said it's OK to open an account and send traffic and after I opened an account I spoke to them again and then I was told that I should not send traffic until they let me know they say they are still sorting some things out and also they said that payments would be sent ina few days. I spoke to them in early December.

Any info would be helpful.
