It's illegal to post pictures of minors without parental consent period. If they post it themselves that's a different story.
Also I'm pretty sure it's not a criminal offense. Like for nonnude teen candid sites, I believe the parents could file suit and take you to civil court but you'd never be investigated and brought in on it purely because it's against the law.
