I always used to just bring my birth certificate when I went across the U.S. border but since 911, I always bring my passport. They seem to like that much better than just a birth certificate.

wrong, there were a few ppl who tried to come to Vancouver for the show and they were turned back. I know it's not as tight on our side but they really are being thorough.
