well there is software forinsance i got a gigabyte mobo and it uses a utility i canoverclock my cpu and then clock it back normal its called easytune 4 and so doe sthta make someone a idiot? there is softwares to make it eas for people who do not want to fuck up in the bios
and i do belive he may be mistaken cause you can overclock all parts thats why they make heatsink setups with fans for ram maybe you shoudl look into thigns soemtimes yourself
