Well, I have the Hyper-x ram which has the built in heat sinks on it which will of course keep it cooler to let me overclock it more
As far as the software goes, I've seen a few utilities that claim that they're used for overclocking.
Like i say, I'm totally stupid in this category. Maybe this was the wrong board to ask, ha ha ha.
