Just thought more about it, since I don't want to sound like someone who promotes or supports CP.
But take a look at the german market. I don't know the details, but I think that it is heavily regulated by the government ( all free porn behind some domestic AVS ) yet the keyword lolita is huge there. Because it simply means teens in Germany.
If someone knows better, please correct me.
